About me
I have been in practice now since 2006 and am delighted to say I have met and helped literally hundreds of wonderful people of all ages over the years.
I obtaintained my initial training then later went on to work at The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis www.essexinstitute.co.uk in Southend on Sea with the internationally acclaimed Terence Watts, where I obtained amongst others my Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy,
I obtained further training at The Royal Berkshire College of Hypnosis for 21st Centuary Medicine with Devin Hastings and more recently training on how to help people with eating disorders and who self harm.
I am also a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) EFT and NLP Practioner and Reiki healer.
I am a full member of the Association for professional Hypnosis and Physchotherapy (APHP) www.aphp.co.uk
I am also a 
approved hypnotherapist. Reg No: HPOV 38604.
And I am fully covered by Public Liability and indemnity Insurance.
